How far in advance must I book a hair appointment?

Accepted Answer

Braids should be booked at atleast a week prior to the day of your scheduled appointment.
Others hair styles must be booked atleast 48 hours prior to the schedule appointment. If for any reason you would like to schedule an emergency appointment (before 48 HRS) kindly note an emergency fee will apply if an appointment is available.

Can I amend my delievery information?

Billing and Shipping address must match in order for a faster delivery. If the shipping address is different all orders are subjected to a "Verfication Process" before orders are processed. Please note the verification process may take a few days to approve.

Can I make changes to my order?

Accepted Answer

Changes must be made immediately. Call (773-647-8791) or email (info@classifiedbeautyhair.com) our customer service department.  All orders that are in the 'processing' and 'shipped' status cannot be ammended.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to sanitary reasons there are absoultely no refunds or exchanges on hair extensions, closures, and frontals. If there is an issue at the time of purcashing please contact customer service immediately before your order is processed.

We are glad that you asked. All extensions are dark brown.

How are orders shipped?

Accepted Answer

All orders will be shipped by USPS. Once order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 HRS.

The payments we accept are (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Cash)
Gift cards and checks are not acceptable!

The verification process is quiet simple. This is done by all clients to ensure that their orders are not tampered with.

Note: For orders with a different address from their billing address will be subjected to a verification process. Failure to submit will result in your order canceled.
